At B&Z Construction & Trucking, LLC, we are committed to maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-trained workforce. We ensure that all employees receive safety instruction aligned with industry regulations and best practices. To support this commitment, we work with AJT Safety, an authorized provider of safety training, to deliver instruction that meets the standards of leading safety organizations. Through this collaboration, our employees receive training in OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour construction industry courses, PEC Safeland Core and basic, AHA-certified CPR and first aid, fit testing, and H2S awareness and monitoring. These courses are led by AJT’s certified instructors and tailored specifically for contractor and industrial environments. Additionally, our safety and compliance documentation is maintained and verified through ISNetworld, a contractor management platform widely used by our clients to evaluate safety performance, training records, and regulatory compliance. This integration helps streamline our onboarding process, enhances transparency, and ensures our team consistently meets the highest standards in safety and risk management.
